Spore, developed by the creator of The Sims, is one of the most anticipated titles on the horizon. The game is currently set for a fall release. Next week a trial of the creature creator will be available as a free download on the game's site, as well as the full version for $9.95.
Players will be able to create creatures and get their feet wet using some of the tools that will be available in the game. Much like The Sims, a central part of the game is imagining and creating. In the game players will create their creatures, and help them evolve into a civilization. The game looks to be very deep, though accessible enough for players of any skill level.
