Lots of good family games out this week and the most creative release has to be that of Scribblenauts (E10) for the DS. This is a simple platformer game with the twist that you can create whatever it is you need to complete a level by typing in the name of objects that you want. It's an incredible twist on using your own creativity to solve puzzles and also have an immense blast at the same time.
The game with the biggest cache in name is Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story (E). This is also a fun and creative title where the Mario Bros. end up inside their arch enemy Bowser and help him overcome obsticles by manipulating or fixing his insides. Sounds crazy but it plays incredibly well and has a lot of nice touches to it.
If you're into racing games then Need for Speed Shift(E) might just satisfy that urge. It's going to be a bumper year for racers and this looks to be a beautiful start to the season with some amazing visuals and a range of driving aids. Although its predominantly a simulation racer game, the Need for Speed name means it still has an arcade-style bent to make it accessible for everyone.
